Valid for purchases made from September 27, 2012 through December 27, 2012.  Refunds to be honored for returns from September 27, 2012 through January 31, 2013.  To make a return, call 1-800-251-4000 ext 1485 or return with receipt and original packaging to the retailer your copy was purchased.
